Bob Proudfoot Pavillion, Francis Ryan Reserve. Sanctuary Point, NSW

The brief from the Shoalhaven City Council was to provide a building that responds to the changing needs of the local Rugby Club and provide a contemporary design reflecting a new library under design in close proximity the site.

The pavilion is a contemporary response to the changing needs of sporting clubs and their users. The inclusion of flexible change rooms, medium level finishes and building insulation allows for a variety of users groups both male and female.

It will cater for mum’s groups through to the local rugby competition allowing spaces to be modified and adjusted when required. An increased level of shelter for patrons externally will be provided by a new roof and canopy.
